Shipping

Every online order ships fully insured and requires an adult signature on delivery for your protection. In-stock pieces typically ship within 2–3 business days; custom and special-order pieces are made to order — we will confirm a timeline with you at purchase.

Prefer to collect in person? Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will have your piece ready and gift-ready at our Lawrenceville showroom.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is chosen and prepared with great care, all sales at Saleh Jewelers are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges. We want you to feel completely confident before you buy, so we warmly invite you to visit our showroom or speak with our team, ask any question, and view your piece in person first.

You are never on your own after a purchase. If something is not right with your piece, contact us right away — our in-house jewelers will always work with you to make it right.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — flexible financing options are available in-store to help you own the piece you love. Ask a member of our team for current plans and terms.

Can you resize a ring I bought?

Absolutely. Most rings can be resized by our in-house jewelers, and resizing is complimentary on qualifying pieces purchased with us.

Do you buy or trade in jewelry?

Our focus is on selling and creating fine jewelry, so we do not purchase pieces from customers or offer trade-ins. If you would like to give a piece of your own new life, our team would be glad to talk through custom design and repair options with you.

Are your diamonds certified?

Many of our diamonds come with grading documentation from respected independent laboratories, and we are always happy to tell you which certifications a specific piece carries. Every purchase also includes appraisal documentation for insurance.
